Refund Policy
Editor OS is a digital product delivered instantly, so we can't take it back once it's in your Notion. That's why our policy is simple and fair.
When you get a refund
If Editor OS doesn't work as described on the sales page and we can't fix the problem for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, from the email used at checkout.
- Tell us what isn't working. Most issues are fixed in a few minutes.
- If we can't fix it, we approve the refund. It is issued through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
When refunds don't apply
- Changing your mind after duplicating the template.
- Buying the wrong version: email us and you can upgrade from Starter to Complete by paying only the difference.
- Issues caused by changes you made to the template, or by Notion itself.
Your consumer rights
By completing checkout you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, under EU consumer law, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and may also handle refund requests under its own policies.
