Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply to the purchase and use of Editor OS, a Notion template for freelance video editors, sold on myeditoros.com. Editor OS is created and operated by Nicolò Ronca, an individual based in Italy ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

1. The product

Editor OS is a digital Notion template sold in two versions: Starter and Complete. After payment you receive a link that lets you duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. You need a Notion account (the free plan is enough). The features of each version are described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. For every order, Stripe (via its Link entity) acts as the merchant of record: it sells the product to you on our behalf and handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and payment disputes. Your card statement will show a charge from LINK.COM*.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax or VAT. By completing checkout you agree to these terms and to Stripe's terms for the purchase.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after payment on a confirmation page. If you lose the link, email us with your order email and we will send it again.

4. License

When you buy Editor OS you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the template for your own work, including client work. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute or publish the template or the duplicate link, in original or modified form, for free or for a fee. One purchase covers one person.

5. Updates

If we release an improved version of the template you bought, we will send the new duplicate link to the email used for your order, at no extra cost. Notion templates do not update automatically: you choose if and when to switch to a new version.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. No professional advice

Features such as the rate calculator, tax set-aside estimate, quote and policy texts, email scripts and export specs are general tools and examples. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Platform specifications and laws change; check them for your own situation.

8. Notion

Editor OS runs on Notion, a service we do not own or control. We are not responsible for Notion's availability, changes to its features or its pricing. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.; Editor OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion.

9. Liability

Editor OS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
